After Sunset at Seal Rocks

The photos were taken on February 6, 2006.

The sun disappearing on the Pacific last night was a picture perfect moment.
The view west all the way to the Farallone Islands was crystal clear.
Pungent beach smells were traveling fast to us on the chilly ocean winds.
The steady roar of the surf was occasionally pierced by the screams of
seagulls. A man and his young son were tugging the line on a Red Baron kite,
bringing it in, bring it in...letting it go up again, as happy dogs ran
circles all around them...There was young woman strumming a guitar for her
friends, all were huddled close to their newly lit campfire on the vast
expanse of Ocean Beach. With the darkness came the cold.
