Spring in the air, and the light at Ocean Beach

Late in the day on Sunday, Dave and I walked Ocean Beach around the area where the Great Highway is now closed. Months ago, high tides and violent winter storms washed out the parking lot and large sections of the roadway. *Earlier in the day, at the Balboa Theatre, we attended a premier filming of Remembering Playland At The Beach. For all those on my mailing list who live in San Francisco, I highly recommend seeing the film. Four short clips are played before the feature film. The first one showing lengthy interior shots of the cavernous Sutro Baths was in itself worth going for.
