Rain and the dark light of a storm

Today, just before dusk, I drove up to Twin Peaks hoping to photograph the impressive cumulus clouds that were filling the San Francisco sky since this morning.
No sooner had I arrived on top of the east peak when hard-driving sheets of cold rain coming off the nearby Pacific began to hit the two summits in pounding waves.
Consequently, I didn’t have much time to be outside with the camera. Here are a few of the few captured images.

Eighteen new photos of the Golden Gate Bridge and the beach directly south of the bridge have been uploaded to my web site.
The images were taken last week at the same time that I found the billfold of the woman who’d jumped from the bridge in March of last year.
These photos begin on this page with image #188 : http://www.ronhenggeler.com/GGB2/ggb_index6.htm
