A few March views of the Salesforce Tower under construction in San Francisco

A recent article on SF Gate prompted me to focus my lens once again on the Salesforce Tower.

Construction to the top of the building was reached recently, and now the glass skin of the structure is being applied.

When the building is finished in the middle of this year, it is being hailed as the crown jewel of the West Coast and the tallest structure west of Chicago.

This building's new presence has forever changed the weight and look of San Francisco's skyline.

The Salesforce Tower is on the far left side of this photo that was taken at sunrise from my window. The dome of San Francisco's City Hall is to the right of the center.

Another shot with a 300mm lens of the Salesforce Tower from my window with storm clouds massing in the East Bay.
